  • How do I sign up for the Monthly Membership?
    Signing up is simple. Call us at 904-587-4777, visit us at our St. Augustine or St. Johns location, or submit an inquiry through our contact page and a team member will walk you through your options.
  • Which treatments are covered under the membership?
    Membership credits can be applied to eligible facial, injectable, and body treatments. During your sign-up consultation, your provider will confirm which services qualify based on your selected membership tier.
  • Can I cancel my membership?
    Yes. Members may cancel with 30 days' written notice. Any unused credits at the time of cancellation are forfeited. There are no long-term contracts — membership renews monthly.
  • Is there a minimum commitment period?
    We ask for a minimum of 3 months to allow enough time for your treatments to deliver visible, compounding results. After that, your membership continues month-to-month.
  • Can I share my membership benefits with someone else?
    Membership benefits are non-transferable and are tied to the individual patient account.
